This section provides texts on my teaching philosophy and my development relating to my duties at UiT. I relate to my Curriculum vitae of pedagogic activities 2009-2017, with relevant documentation.  I also provide an evaluation of my development in relation to cooperation with colleagues and reflection on course development, scientific approach to teaching and as a pedagogical leader. I also identify some barriers and lessons learned and present further plans.
