| In a lifelong learning process, it is natural to develop your abilities and learning environment in an iterative process where self-evaluation occurs regularly. In this section I critically reflect on my own development as mentor of lifelong learning, I outline my scientific approach to teaching, and I reflect on my role as pedagogic leader. Finally I summarize what I think I have achieved so far; as background for my further work and future challenges. |  |
